Unconditional Love

My love for you is unconditional that’s why you’re in my life
And it makes me so proud to be your wife
When we go out in public people always stare
And I believe its because we make a great pair
You’re everything I need out in this crazy world
Because you gave me the best gift our baby boys and girl
You’ve taught me to grow in many different ways
And showed me things I wouldn’t dare say
Since day one you’ve been there by my side
For something so simple like giving me rides
You mean so much to me and you do so much for us
It soothes my soul just to feel your touch
And let the Lord continue to bless us in every which way
Letting nothing or no one lead us astray
We must continue to do the best that we can
So that when the time comes we may all walk hand in hand

DEATH AWAITS

He hears you when you start to cry
Then he waits to here you say “I want to die”
And he takes your breath
Because he is death
He haunts the streets
And doesn’t miss a beat
Because at any given time
Someone is wishing to die
He prays on the weak
So weak you can’t speak
Then like a breath of fresh air
Death is there
To take you on a voyage you’re not prepared for
And it makes you scream from all the horror
Now you wish you were alive
And you want to turn back the hands of time
But wait its too late
Because you’re already at hells gate
No pearly white gate for you
Due to the path you decided to choose
So next time you get the urge
To yell those four little words
Just remember he waits for you
