Time and time again I let you in
Because I thought you were my friend
But I opened my eyes and now I see
Just how dirty you could be
Its always been about you
And nothing you ever said was true
But it seems that I can't let you go
Even though there is no room for us to grow
Something keeps holding me back
But I'm tired of struggling with that
It's time that I learned to fly
Instead of watching our friendship die
So it's farewell for now
I'm sure we'll meet again somehow
But today is not that day
Because today I'm walking away
